Welcome to Tradeio (“we”, “us”, “our”), owned and operated by Abid Siddiqui (sole proprietor), based in Mira Road, Maharashtra, India. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of https://tradeio.in (the “Website”) and the purchase of digital products from it. By using the Website or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

Tradeio sells digital products — primarily e-books and downloadable guides across a range of topics. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files; there is no physical product and no physical shipping.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your full card or bank credentials.

3. Delivery

After a successful payment, your download is made available on the confirmation page and a download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please enter a valid email address, as this is how we deliver your product.

4. Licence and acceptable use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post the files or their contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All intellectual property rights in the products remain with us or our licensors.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided for general information and educational purposes and are offered “as is”. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that a product is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
